This project is posted here to get an idea of cost and timing. If the bids are and timing are to our expectations then we will proceed with the job. We have a 100 page PDF that we would like displayed in an online catalog. The catalog must have the same features (if not more) than zmags dot com The catalog must be compatible with Android mobile, Android tablet, iPhone, iPad and all desktop browsers. Only providers who can show a in depth understanding of the project and examples of similar projects will be considered. All payments will be made via Escrow in milestones.

I doubt if the timing would be quite what you might expect. Unless there is a program which could do the conversion, this project would require 100 pages of hand coded HTML. And if there was such a program, you would presumably be able to do the conversion for yourself.
