300704 Logo and Web template

I am looking for someone to create a logo for my site "[login to view URL]" and also create a web template for it. I need to see your prior work and some samples before I accept your work. Logo "[login to view URL]" will be delivered in PNG and can be able to use for: Letterhead Business cards Envelopes Signage or billboards Print Media The templates for this job must be sent to us as a layered png file as well as an html webpage. The templates must be clean and able to function with ASP. Templates must be original, royalty-free, copyright-free and exclusive. The templates you create for us must only be sold to us. All the text needs to be html text. Do not turn the text into graphics because we want to be able to change it in the future. All the images used MUST be optimized gifs or jpegs only! You must send us all files associated with the site css, gifs, jpegs, flash, html, psd, etc… Navigation will be on the left hand side, I will create the NAv links in text. Web template should cover entire screen not specific screen like 800X640 etc....
