SWF Flash Banner Ads for Google AdWords

I need someone to convert 8 static banner ads to swf format flash ads for use on the Google Adwords Display Network. Immediate start required and completion in max 4 days with no extensions. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Existing Ads You can find a Word doc attached showing the existing static ads to be used as the basis for the flash version you will create. These ads have all been approved by Google and are currently running on the Display Network. I need 1 x SWF flash ad (in the same dimensions) for each static ad that you see in the attached Word doc (ie 8 in total). 2. Animated Mockups I have created video mockups to serve as a template for each of the 3 animation styles required (ie one each for horizontal banners, rectangle and skyscraper). You can find those mockups at [login to view URL] IMPORTANT - Google ad policies (see link below) allow for looping animations, but the animations must stop after 30 seconds. With that in mind, the mockups show the same 7 second animation looping 4 times. 3. Layered PSDs I will supply layered PSDs for all the existing static ads and for the individual elements used to create the video mockups. You can find an example attached in zip format. 4. Vector Conversion There are two graphical elements in each banner that need to be vectorized before use in the swf animation: (a) Text element "4 Weeks Free" (b) Green "Hire Now" button 5. Must Be Compliant The finished ads must be compliant with Google Adwords policies and technical specifications.
