I been working with surveys data of hundreds of cases and thousand of variables, maybe I will be useful.

I'm expert in converting survey data to intuitive analysis and graphs. I would read your excel with R, filter and fixing the data (NA value, weird characters, some factors to numeric if needed, etc), and do some basic analysis if you want, as a correlation matrix that shows you which are the most correlated variables across your columns. I can use RMarkdown so you receive a nice pdf with all the results, but It would need more time and would increase the budget.
