Please clarify which angle you are after exactly - the polar angle of the 'radius vector' of each point (the vector starting at the (0,0) coordinate and ending at the point coordinates. the way you have written the broef "the vector of each point" suggests it's this one, but I a not sure of the usefulness of such a metric given the nature of the data these points represent in your example sheet) or the angle of the line defined by two consecutive point coordinates(which I think you are actuallly after judgin by the nature of the data these points actully represent)?
