Company name: 同方威视 Nuctech THE TARGET OF THE POSITION & SCOPE OF DUTIES -Go through employee expenses reclaim request and cash advance, prepare monthly reconciliation -Daily accounting records on GL accounts -Deal with the banking processes -Participate and support in month end closing -Review and analysis of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations -Close cooperation with tax law firms and external consultants in the tax area -Interlock with related parties, provide good support -Preparing audit files and facilitate auditions(internal and external) -Preparation monthly and long term forecasts -Reporting to the management - REQUIREMENTS minimum of a bachelor's degree knowledge of Finance and Accountant Minimum of 2 years in similar position Very good knowledge of MS office and Accounting software system( Navision or Exact) Team work and good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in short terms Task and time management skills Excellent ability to analysis data and check its accuracy, attention to details Good English communication skills in oral and written High communication and customer service skills Discretion, the ability to work independently, systematic Skills planning and organization of multi-tasking, attention to detail Ability to work in a team Positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, easy to contact and a sense of humor
