hi there i very interested with your project I want to run ansys simulation of a gear assembly process provided in the attached video. I have attached necessary CAD files with all dimensions. To be more clear, first I want to simulate the process of the press head pressing onto the axle teeth with a 4500N vertical input force. Second to simulate the process of the press head pressing 0.65 inches deep onto the axle teeth. I want the deformation as well as stress results on the axle teeth. Materials of the press head and gear are steels. Material of the axle is Zamak-5 or Zinc Alloy 5. My ANSYS version is 19.1.
