Wordpress Expert Needed for New Blog Site

Please see the requirements below. ## Deliverables Hello, I am currently looking for a web developer to help in creating a very creative, stylish and professional blog with Wordpress as the CMS platform. Here are the requirements: 1. The blog site must be designed to reflect the brand I already have, using my graphics, theme, images, and content. Files will be supplied to you and you should design the blog to match my style, colors, and overall theme. 2. The blog will contain about 5 pages (starting with Home/ landing page), and I will need some direction from you as to what additional pages to include such as about, products, photos, videos, etc. The site must be expandable in the future. There is no need for a secondary navigation bar. The whole site must be simple so that a site map is not needed. Specific details as to how many columns needed per page and other things will be supplied when you are hired. 3. Free or low cost Wordpress template/ theme only. 4. You will need to design the Home/ landing page banner for which I will provide the raw material for, or you may decide to use/ modify the existing banner from my website, which is in Photoshop. Either way, they need to look very similar. 5. I also need a consistent navigational bar and uniform style throughout, something that looks like my site. 6. I would like to create a unique theme that is creative, classy, and sophisticated and widgets friendly. Must not contain any animation. 7. Various plug-ins are necessary i.e. contact details and email capture with auto responder, shopping cart, Google analytics, video display, RSS feed, social media links, Wordpress stats, and anti spam. And any others you can suggest. 8. Need to create a database of visitors' contact details I can back up into Excel file. 9. SEO friendly. 10. Very Important - I need a simple step-by-step and complete manual to update and change every part of the blog in the future myself. I also need your willingness to communicate with me as much as possible so I can provide additional direction and guidance if you need it. I am available via email, chat, text and Skype. There is a short deadline of 10 days on this project, it must be completed within this timeframe or I cannot accept the work. Serious bidders with experience in Wordpress only please.
