Tear apart existing position sensor and build a new working one

Hello Read a few more documents, (mostly training documents) about the rear steering design. It was an exciting research for me, let me break it down to you. Sensor is a inductive type rather than a potentiometer with an accuracy of 4.5 volt per 1200 degree accuracy for position 1 i.e 0.00375 volt per degree and 0.025 for position 2. That is a fairly simple design which requires a magnetic disk rotating on hall effect sensor, this sensor is quite common in electronic world and is often customised according to client for ex: automatic door Though I want this design to be digital, as it can be more accurate and predictive than the analog counterpart but it can be analog(same as original) if you want. Few considerations: 1. We don't build metal enclosures, but that is fairly easy to outsource, we can do it for you. 2.
