Now Arduino Embedded system engineer needed

Hi, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with this kind of embedded developement experience is needed. 1)Need to build Arduino Bluetooth module,get signals from Android bluetooth,it should never stop in life,at any case if it stops it should restart again. 2)Android mobile should connect to BLUETOOTH and send signals to BLUETOOTH Arduino module,can use relays to control . lets say 1,2,3,4 ...so on if its 1 then we need to start vehicle(electric scooter) If its 2 we need to stop vehicle. if its 3 lock the vehicle if its 4 unlock the vehicle. Use DC motor and mount above scooter key so that it turns the key with lock/unlock,on/off bu turning keys. You also need to guide how to make all this as a package and which wires to be connected, moulding out cases etc. Help us to embed the same system which will be developed by you, send links so that we buy all modules, pins, jumpers, Arduino boards, modules etc required. 3)We have to embed this system and make sure everything is proper and working perfectly. 4)Send us Design Flowchart including pins, ports, how to package, how to input .ino files. 5)You have to share screen via TeamViewer and share videos etc whenever necessary as we are working remotely. 6)You should have all your modules ready with you to start. 7)Send us Android, Arduino code so that we test and then release payment after a working copy and working perfectly. 8)Minimum of 5 years with LOT projects, Arduino, Bluetooth modules. Please do not apply if you cannot do this. It should be done in few hrs for an experienced candidate and should be having modules stated below. 9)You have to tell how to connect this to scooter and how to make it work,what wires should be connected and how to make it work,you have t guide how to attach DC motor and give a working demo of lock/unlock,on/off particularly. 10)Have lot more tasks for the person who implements this correctly and good working copy. 11)If you dont have time from start to end of product delivery ,please do not bid. I have Arduino, Android code, sketches also so that you can use and help me with mounting on scooter and make it work,if current code does not work ,you have to make sure its working properly or send us new codes of .ino, android, sketches.
