I have vast experience in designing, fabricating, installing & commissioning of PLC controlled panels by using FATEK PLC's, WEINTEK HMI & IGNITION SCADA system. Greetings. Hope you are fine and doing well. I am an Electrical Engineer and my final year project was controlling speed of a dc motor. I was controlling 140V dc motor, this 12 V motor will be no problem. My approach to this project will be like this given below.I will use a relay for speed control, the most efficient way without any spikes and jerks from increasing to decreasing and vice versa.
