I assume this is going to require solidworks (I know someone), 3D printing (there are plenty of services and I may be able to get it done at work.), software (I do it, but I also have a guy in Chennai where it's appropriate.), and PCB (I have access to Altium and can dust off Protel), as well as prototype boards (Seeed Studios usually works). Once I know what you really need, we can work out a budget. First let's see if you me and if I am the right person for your job. I have almost as many patents as publications - all in sensors and materials. I understand how to fill in the information gaps and act on partial direction.
