PCB Layout - in shape of 30cm Ruler with company logo

Need simple PCB art work layout in shape of a 300mm long x 38mm wide desk ruler for marketing our company with its logo. The finished PCB has no electrical or electronic use whatsoever. So no skills in circuit design needed. The ruler will be manufactured in PCB FR-4 material. It will be manufactured by a blank PCB maker (most likely in China) . Along with usual measurement of rulers in cm and mm one side and inches on the other it will depict various helpful aids such as varying hole sizes with size shown one silkscreen. It will have varying hole to hole dimension, again shown on the silkscreen. It will also display variuos attributes that are achievable such as minimum hole size and closeness of track layout. plus any other attributes that a PCB designer would love. It should be similar to the one depicted in the attached file Please see attached file showing what we have done in the past some 10 years ago. The project is a fixed price job
