Make C# GUI to flash/programming Arduino

I can work with all types of Microcontroles programming in C , C++ , Mikro C , CCS C , Atmel Studio , Arduino , gcc . Creating Schematics and PCB in Kicad , Eagle , EasyEDA and Proteus (+simulation). I have done something like that before. I created an RFID ID system using arduino uno with RFID module and C# programming with access database for some student projects. what do you mean by "don't need Arduino IDE"? you still need to have the codes in the arduino board for sure. but if you have the codes inside the arduino. I think I can help you with connecting it to C# forms app.
