Hello! The project you've described sounds pretty simple: Create an Access database that has one table. You also say you want a few relationships, but those are not possible if you only have one table. What you'll do: Provide the data you'd like in the table, as well as data formatting requirements or limitations desired, and Provide a sketch or idea of what you'd like the input form file to look like. What I'll do: Produce an Access db that contains that data in a table with one data entry interface form within 24 hours after you give me the data and limitations desired.
