I would tell you that I am the best "Coder" for the job, but that would be a lie. I am probably not a better coder than the other individuals who have bid on this project. However, with my perspective, especially when trying to decide whether or not a drug is working properly, I can present data better than other individuals. Which is far more valuable than being the best coder in the room. Outline: 1. I would start with just a basic overview of the data. (What information do I have?, how many rows?, etc) 2. Then I would do some brief Excel analysis of the data (descriptive statistics) and see if that leads me to ask any further questions. 3. To take away my own biases, I would ensure I didn't know what the drug is suppose to do. I would only analyze what the data is telling me. If I were to know what the drug is trying to accomplish, it is possible that I could introduce my own unconscious bias in the analysis. 4. Prepare the data in a presentable format for you and ensure all my work has been documented and easily replicable. Thanks for looking at this!
