Need a list of "top 20" active Real Estate Developers in a given list of cities (as below) We prefer people who are actually are/living in the given city, and so they can conduct local survey (including taking photographs on a later stage) 1. Pick the city where you live and/or can survey: Argentina, Buenos Aires Aruba, Bakval and Malmok et al Bahamas Barbados, St James Belgium, Brussels Bermuda Bulgaria, Sophia Cambodia, Phnom Phen Cayman Is., Grand Cayman Colombia, Bogota Costa Rica, San Jose Croatia, Zagreb Cyprus, Limassol Denmark, Copenhagen Ecuador, Quito Egypt, Cairo El Salvador, San Salvador Estonia, Tallinn Guadeloupe, Grande-Terre Hungary, Budapest Indonesia, Jakarta Ireland, Dublin Jamaica, Kingston Jordan, Amman Kenya, Nairobi Lebanon, Beirut Lithuania, Vilnius Macedonia. Skopje Martinique, Fort-de-France Moldova, Chisinau Montenegro, Coastal Areas Morocco, Marrakesh New Zealand, Auckland Nicaragua, Managua Panama, Panama City Peru, Lima Philippines, Metro Manila Poland, Warsaw Portugal, Lisbon Puerto Rico, San Juan Romania, Bucharest Slovakia, Bratislava Slovenia, Ljubljana Spain, Madrid St. Kitts Tanzania, Dar es Salaam Thailand, Bangkok Trinidad UAE, Dubai Ukraine, Kiev Uruguay, Montevideo 2. make sure you can identify the Top 20 local real estate developers in your city 3. create two excel sheets: (Excel templates will be provided) Spreadsheet A - per city: ============== - Top 20 real estate developer names - real estate developer's official website URL - Country - City - GPS location of their head office - number of buildings currently under construction - total number of units on the market - avg price per unit - avg unit size - contact email - contact phone number Spreadsheet B: 20 tabs (one tab per real estate developer, in the given city) ============== columns: - company name (real estate developer) - number of buildings currently on the market - name of building (1....n) - website of the building - lounch date - property type (residential low rise/highrise, commercial, etc) - number of floors - number of units per floor - total number of units in the building - location (GPS of the building) - avg price/sqm - construction status (off-plan, broken ground, under construction 1,2,3,4,5, complete) - % sold >>> please apply to get exact job description and excel template <<<<
