About the job:
This is a long-term project opportunity. We invest in our employees so that you can take excellent care of our customers. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day. We also set aside time for daily and weekly meetings.
