Clients relations Manager Clients relations Manager experienced in blockchain, cryptocurrency, trading exchange needed. 8 to 10 hours of work per day. Position Overview: Building and maintaining relationships with existing/new clients and key personnel within customer companies. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth. Maintain and ensure customer/client retention. Reporting to the CEO or Business Development Department Head , for strategy development and implementation. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement action plans to improve company-client relationship. Carry out research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding customer base. Overseeing various activities which directly or indirectly affect client opinion, perception, and image of an organization, product or service. Communicate with clients to identify their needs and assist in meeting those needs and requirements and effectively ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain proper customer service etiquette in order to endear clients to their services/product and increase customer base. Utilize social media platforms to create a medium through which company services and offers are publicized to reach its customers. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to implement action plans for the delivery of high quality client services. Create set objectives and implement strategies necessary for achieving set goals and target. Analyze industry trends to identify development in client relations. Ensure delivery of high quality products/services to clients. Report activities to Company management.
