Integrate our designer’s new look into existing Ionic mobile app

We have an Ionic-based phone app which is already in the marketplace. The app has around 10 distinct screens, some of which are more complex than others. Our designer has drawn up a new look for the app, and we’d like help integrating those design changes into the app itself. Our current CSS is a mess – we’d like to ditch as much of that as possible and have an experienced UI developer re-tool the app to use SCSS and rebuild the styling from scratch. There are a few aspects of the static design that could benefit from some very basic animation (toggle switches, etc) – we’re looking for someone who can help with both the styling and implementation of any animation. We will provide access to our code on GitHub and the ultimate deliverable will be a branch containing the redesigned app. You’ll need to be familiar with source control systems and have an exceptional proficiency in English, as no doubt there will be some back-and-forth. We are the original developers, we are very familiar with the current code and we will not be offended if you wish to laugh at the state of our current CSS. Candidates in US times zones (we’re on the west coast) will be strongly preferred or a willingness to work some US time zones. We will only consider experienced Ionic/Cordova developers with a flair for UI – please provide us with work examples where possible. We are looking for professionals and are not expecting this to be a $50 project. You will be required to sign a nondisclosure agreement in order to access our code.
