User Editable Table

I am looking for an experienced Qt/C++ programmer to create a simple program which will read from and write to a csv (comma-separated-variable) file. I will be able to supply some sample files for testing. The GUI will consist of 3 global fields and a table. The global values will be a pathname (string), scale factor (int) and a layout (string). The table will consist of 7 columns and a variable number of rows. I need this to be infinitely expandable in length. Column 1: index (to be automatically generated and updated) Column 2: toggle on/off Column 3: toggle on/off Column 4: toggle on/off Column 5: User input: single lower-case letter, numeric, function key (F1-F12) OR "spacebar" Column 6: Read-only text, not editable by the user Column 7: User editable when text in column 6 ends in "...", otherwise should be blank The user needs to be able to make multiple copies of rows where text in column 6 ends in "..." If the user enters the same data for columns 2 to 5 then these cells should be highlighted in red. The user should be able to sort the data based on any of the columns. Incorrect user inputs must be checked for and highlighted. The user must be prevented from saving the file if any of the data is incorrect. I will need the source code as well as the executables. It should be compiled to run on Windows 64 bit. I am hoping to find someone that I can develop a long term working relationship with.
