Singleplayer to Multiplayer - City Car Driving

Hello, NOTICE: ***We are not creating a new game, just modifying a currently existing one*** We are looking for people or a person who can convert a 1 player game (Singleplayer) into a game for hundreds of people to connect to 1 server and play the game together while seeing each other in-game. The game that we want to convert is City Car Driving. It is a driving game where you drive on the roads and the only other cars on the road are AI (controlled by the computer/bots/fake cars). Instead of that, we want to remove these AI car and allow players to connect to a game server and play together so that everyone driving on the road are real people, no bots or AI.
