Need C++ code for a file system driver. The driver needs to be configurable from a service to monitor select directories / directory trees for files that are accessed. It needs to be able to be called to provide information on what process opened the file, what user / system context that process was run under. The time the file was opened and closed. This information should be retained for no longer than ten minutes after the process is closed. The platform should be server 2016 and higher as well as Windows 10 - 1501 and higher. There should be no licensing fees for any part of the code or royalties attached to the code provided.
