We are looking for a professional designer willing to create a website for our company. It will have around 10 to 15 pages, and must include a Content Management System, which will allow us to update some content on a weekly basis, without having any knowledge of HTML. Please, quote and let us know if we need to purchase any software program to update the website, once it is uploaded to our server. PS: professional references and portfolio of previous works will be required. Do not quote, if you cannot provide them!.
