Well, if you expect this as your induction question, then the answer would be to highlight your strengths that you could bring to the table which will be: your functional or domain skills that you have gained over the period, the process skills to show your discipline, the interpersonal skills that keep your team momentum going and the technical skills that you could contribute to the project success.
In my personal experience being the one conducting interviews, when I ask this question, what I have in mind is to measure the confidence level of the person and reasoning skills. You may need to brag a little about yourself and compare your skills and experiences to others. You need to convince me that you are indeed an asset and you’re exactly the person suited to accomplish this project.
