Convert vb6 to c# - simple program to read csv and clean data

Attached is a csv file and a vb6 project. The project SAFELY opens a csv file, it will: 1. Check for duplicate lines and mark for deletion 2. Check for empty columns and mark empties for deletion 3. Check for duplicate columns and mark extras for deletion 4. Check if the column is completely numeric and keep a boolean list of which are numeric and which not 5. Check if all the items in a column are the same and mark for deletion 6. If the cells in a column are not identical it will compile a sparse list of the unique items in the column 7. If the column is numeric it will calculate the min, max and largest increment that can suit all its values 7. Check if no two cells in the column are the same, and if there are no two the same, mark for deletion Export the shortened input file safely to csv Export the metadata to a text file The outputs in c# must be identical to the ones from vb6
