TWS and Mysql Connector With Add. Classes => C#

Dear freelancers, I am looking for someone who can develope this several DLLs containing well programmed OOP environment that would provide external system to be permanently connected to TWS(Trader Workstation platform > connection uses API - see Interactive brokers WS) also connected to MySQL. It should be downloading quotes in (thread with low priority) and save them to MySQL. All connections must be kept on separate threads and well controled by pinging of connection state and renewing connection in case it fails. Then the last part is MySQL log system that will save all logs to log table. In a case table is not in MySQL DB it creates table automatically(detailed description is below).
