MRU-like custom plugin for windows mobile 6.0

The company I work for is needing a freelance developer to build a custom homescreen plugin for windows mobile 6.0. It's a simple one, it looks like the MRU(most recent icon list), but instead of showing the recent programs, it should show a pre-defined icon list. So, the plugin should be able to load a external txt/xml file or homescreen xml parameter in order to load the icon images and links. Something like: <iconlist> <item image="a.png" link="http://www.google.com"> <item image="b.png" link="http://www.wikipedia.org"> </iconlist> I know there are some companies that sell plugins like this one. But I'm not interested in buying or licensing, I'm interested in having my own plugin. So, I need also to have the source code and rights. The WM SDK has some sample homescreens plugins, so I think anyone with experience in developing for WM platform is able to do this work quickly. We have a tight schedule(10 days), but because the task is simple I think it shouldn't be a problem.
