I am putting an addition on the back of my garage, which will include a kitchen, full bath, storage, laundry, and changing spaces for a pool house. These items will be indoors. Attached to this space will be outdoor space covered by a roof for a hot tub and table with chairs. I really need them to place walls and features like appliances and bathroom fixtures to make a layout that will be nice This addition will tie in with the inground pool that will be added at the same time. I have the pool fully designed, and have the dimensions of the entire site sketched out for use in designing this concept. I can provide 2D files and drawings of the space this pool and pool house can take up, as well as 2D files and drawings of the pool shape. I only need help designing the 2D layout of this space. How the kitchen, bathroom, and other spaces should be planned out. I am looking for someone with experience designing home layouts. I only need simple drawings of the proposed layout, and not full architectural drawings or building plans. The whole job is a 2D layout. I will provide detailed dimensioned computer generated drawings of the 2D space we have to work with, and a 2D computer generated drawing of the pool shape so they can fit it into the plan. I will also provide a rough sketch of approximately what my overall idea is for the layout, and the needs I have for items to fit into the design, bathrooms, appliances, etc

After checking your attached sketch plan, the space shows a bigger bath zone than the kitchen because apparently the kitchen will open up to the outdoor area which adds a nice space flow, but this kitchenette needs a good spacing of the tops and island to incorporate the ins and the outs.
