Two Storey Duplex (2 x Four bedroom attached duplex) construction documentation required, the building is modelled in Revit and requires documentation ready for construction. Experience with Australian standard of documentation preferred, must use Revit so file can be returned back to me in case I need to make any adjustments to the design during construction. Brief list of documentation required: 1. Slab set out plans 2. Framing set out plans 3. Window and Door schedules upgraded to show acoustic and thermal requirements 4. Construction detail for fire rated partition wall (example can be provided) 5. Construction detail for box gutters 6. integration of Structural design 7. Detail of stairs and balustrade 8. Detail of feature timber batten screen 9. Internal Joinery detail elevations and plans 10. Finishes floor plans 11. Electrical layout plan Drawings of the project attached for reference, once engaged will supply Revit file, modelled in Revit 2018. Thank you
