Migrate blog articles from old to new site

We require a person to migrate our blog articles from our old website to our new website. This is almost a copy and paste exercise. The job: 1. Browse through a few articles on our old website (see [login to view URL]) 2. View the formatting capabilities of the new website blog back-end. 3. Decide on a format for new website and get agreement from me. 4. Migrate blog contents (proposed method): 1. Copy text of old article and paste into Notepad (to strip all old html). 2. Copy from Notepad and paste into new website blog posting. 3. Format the contents according to agreed format. (remember to save regularly as the back-end times out quite frequently!) 4. Correct spelling/grammar of contents (there should be few mistakes) 5. If old article has images, then copy images to MS paint. Copy from MS paint and paste into new website blog article (again to remove any html/metadata from web-images before pasting) 6. Compile a MS Excel list of all old website articles, the hyperlinks in them and indicate on the new article, where a hyperlink should go (i.e. through text colour formatting?) - (we will use this to add the new applicable URL/hyperlink on the new article). 7. Complete attributes of blog article (i.e. original posting date, tags etc.). 8. Submit/save blog on blog back-end. 9. Make recommendation notes (on the MS excel spreadsheet with hyperlinks) on whether you could improve blog post by adding images, make it more appealing, link it to related products on the website etc.) Scope of work: 1. Currently there are 207 articles of which we need 150 (estimated) to be migrated. We will provide a list of articles to migrate. 2. We estimate the work to take on average about 5 minutes per article i.e. 13 hours in total. 3. Job will be considered completed after all indicated blog articles is correct and active on new website (in agreed format) and once the Excel spreadsheet with hyperlinks has been provided to us. 4. Once job is completed, we will review your recommendations (as in 9 above) to extend this project or not. Working requirements: 1. We would prefer someone capable of communicating via skye (texting or voice: English) between 10h00 and 16h00 and/or between 21h00 to 23h00 on weekdays. (we're at GMT+2) 2. Work expected to be completed within 3 to max 10 calendar days.
