We are in the process of starting a new company and brand in the pet care segment. We are creating a website which will provide services to pet owners. These would be services like veterinary care services , grooming services etc. An important part of the platform will be information on various aspects of pet care e.g 1) articles on pet grooming 2) Blogs on how to take care of your pets during festivals like Diwali, Holi etc. 3) content regarding nutrition and health .... etc. etc. The job of the content writer would be two fold. • Expert content – This will be sourced from a panel of experts and will be arranged. The job of the content writer would be to make it sound aligned to the tone of the brand • Re-adapted content – Content which is available on different website will be re-adapted i.e. re-written to some extent…in the flavor of the brand. Some of the re-adapted content will be vetted by the expert panel before it goes LIVE. This content will have to sourced by the content writer from other online sources. If some books have to be bought for sourcing this content, the same will be arranged by us. Total volume of content – Difficult to figure right now…but the aim is to have extensive amount of it. Having said that…this platform is a “service delivery platform” and hence the PRIMARY deliverable is NOT content as such. Duration of association – Part 1 – Before the launch of the platform – this is where most of the content will be aggregated so there is enough at the time of launch – 2-3 months Part 2 – Continuous updates – 2 times a week …this will be incremental – 9-10 months Over association is for 12 months. If you do not like dogs/pets this may not be for you. If you are a dog owner that will be big PLUS!
