Show steps in Maya 2018 for retargetting animation

Hello! I would like you to show me some things in Maya 2018. I want to retarget an animation using HumanIK. It seems to be rather easy, but I'm fighting with the basic controls in Maya. I have attached 2 screenshots. They show how I first important an animation FBX, and then I load the reference model. My first problem is that don't manage to rotate the 2 models to the same direction. You should log in to my computer via TeamViewer and simply do the retargetting process for me and answer my questions when I then do it myself later and should have problems. I hope and think that for a Maya pro it's a quick work. Thank you very much for your bids.
