3D Animation and 3D Modeling

Hello, I would like a 3D mesh created using the 3D model and 2D image as reference guides. The mesh should be clean and simple and capable of being rigged for animation. The face mesh should have the following proportions: Oval-shaped, blue eyes: 0.54distance apart from eye centres Medium-thick eyebrows, straight with curved ends: 0.045distance above eyes Slim, mid-length, straight nose: 0.45 length, 0.43wide at bridge and 0.43 wide at base. supplied textures are of poor quality and so is the model. Most likely you'll need to recreate a face model from scratch - using the existing proportions as a template. Ideally you will have experience with modeling and rigging faces. Perhaps you have an existing male face which you could modify to fit my desired specifications. Final file should be a .obj or .blend format. Textures should be in .png.
