Create s3 yum repository

If I understand correctly you want 1. Terraform to just launch private EC2's & Configure VPC Endpoint for S3 2. Using EC2 UserData via Terraform to point to s3 yum repository Correct me if I'm missing something. I can deliver it within couple of hours. Cheers Jay
