Looking for an expert accountant or a registered agent to help me in the formation of an LLC/Corporation. I am a foreigner(Non-US person living outside the US) and I provide remote software services to US and European clients. I am looking to register for a Corporation or LLC in the US. I need an experienced agent/accountant to suggest to be the best suited for me LLC/Corporation and State to minimize or avoid taxes for a foreigner. Include the word "CPA" in the start of your proposal.
