I have been developing Adobe Flex and Adobe Air applications for 6 years. I understand that the file structure can sometimes get messy and how much easier it is to work with a project that has files as well as code nicely organized. I have been involved with developing forest management planning and optimization software for desktop called Iptim. It is big enough project to underline the need for a well organized file structure.
