TCP server for windows

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to bid on your project. I have a great deal of experience developing software in .NET (VB.NET and C#), including TCP servers and clients. One of my bigger projects was a CTI server that sends/receives commands from any number of clients. I also developed a server that broadcasts an audio stream in either unicast or multicast mode (I have one installation where I broadcast a multicast RTP stream to 3000+ IP phones). I would like to discuss your project in more detail. Is this to be a single audio stream that goes to many clients on the same network (in which case I would do multicast and have each client subscribe to the broadcast). Or are we required to send a single stream to many clients via a Unicast UDP broadcast? Where is the real-time data coming from? What else do I need to do with this data?
