We started up in the 4th quarter of 2021 and expect to triple the number of agents by the end of 2022. I have a travel request application which is a sharepoint list, it uses a Sharepoint Designer 2013 workflow to run the process. The process flow goes like this; User submits a travel request via PowerApp (You won't need to work on this), it is just a user facing UI that shows the sharepoint list. An email is sent to the travel request team first, they then edit the list item and add in the cost field and save, this then triggers an email to the Approver (One of the list columns which looks up against 365) and the approver has a link in the email which takes them to the item workflow page where they edit the item to see the Approve, Decline buttons.
