I have developed several codes for different kind of boards. I can do simulation by using Proteus also. There are Arduino models and code can be debugged by ELF file. Simulation result is same with real time application. I prefer using ESP32 for Bluetooth or Wifi. It’s code will be developed by Arduino IDE. Programming of it will be made by USB-to-UART converter.
