El proyecto consiste en procesar pdf's (Algunos vienen bien estructurados en texto , otros son escaneados y deben ser pasados por un OCR) , buscar unas palabras claves apartir de logica difusa () (Ya que los pdf's cambian su estructura dependiendo de la entidad que publica la dicho pdf) y posterior a eso extraer el bloque de contenido deseado. Pensamos que es util implementar matching learning para el aprendizaje de donde sacar cada item por cada pdf o almenos la pragmatica que debe tener el sistema.

We have a webapp currently that scans pdf (invoices) and extracts data points into a database. It seems to be template driven which is becoming inefficient. We cannot keep creating new template every time for every new vendor which has a different format or layout. We need smarter and faster data extraction that can recognize the data points regardless of how the invoice layout, fonts, etc might be different. Looking for someone who is an expert in this field.
I am looking for someone to take the provided scanned PDFs and enter the data contained in the tables into the provided CSV template. I would like to convert a 137-year-old book (112 pages) into a text document like MS Word. The book has been scanned to pdf. I have attached two scans of the book in case one file is easier to work from than the other. My attempts to convert the pdf document to a text document using OCR software were unsuccessful because the conversion process introduced many errors that must be corrected manually.
