After nuberous hacker attacks on our joomla site we want to redesign the frontend website by someone that makes state of the art design, and know how to make it secure. The site is about 20 information pages, with a contact form/ uploader on each page, a contact page and we will want a solution to change information on each page from a admin. The CSS attempts to set the footer color, but it shows up as white all the time. Could be a html tag issue or a css issue. 2) The Dark Mode / Light Mode selector in the footer mostly works, but the CSS based animation of the toggle switch no longer works.
