I need someone to mapp fields from a SQL Server 2000 table to ANSI 837 format. I have a translator (XTRANSLATOR) that I use so, creating the file is not a problem. My SQL Server table holds all the fields that HCFA1500 form has. I need a component (.NET Class Library in VB.NET or C#) that has an easy to use object model to set all necessary input data such as provider, subscriber, insurance policies, patient, claims, claim services etc. and will generate well formed ASC X12N 837i and 837p output. Our application is a medical application that has a SQL server database. The componet/assembly would be connected into our application as a middle-tier module to get the data and dump out the proper format. We do not need the full 837, just the 837 as implemented by EDS (we have their structure) I need this in 2, maximum 3 weeks. I would like this to mostly be written in VB6 or vb.net. The database to be in SQL or Access will work as long as it can do crystal reports.
