Key tasks: Taking the file, I don't really need anything before the 'reviews_data' so that could be stripped out. The rest of the data, this application sends me various data. I need the data put into array. The is what the application is sending me. The is the format I need the data in. There won't always be the same number of reviews returned, so sometimes it could be none, one, or more than one. This is why the array format is required.
