I live in a 800 sq foot condo and mold was everywhere. I wiped everything down and called my insurance company. Apparently they only want to replace my lower kitchen cabinets and 4 ft. of the wall in the dining room that backs up to it. I have made a physical template of my boats carpets, but need it to be put into CAD. I am not sure how I get the actual dimensions, but I believe the plastic used has the "diamond pattern" reinforcing which is of a "standard" size. This means that if we can measure 1 component, we will be able to size everything. Also the carpet template needs to be about 1inch smaller than the outline as per the templates.

My rental property has mold, discovered on Jan 31, 2023 Restoration company has come in, and done demo to interior walls. Leak detectors came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Insurance is dragging its feet on getting a structural engineer out to locate the source of the actual leak.
