modify my browser miner faucet script

Hi

I have a coin-hive integrated browser bitcoin miner script and for each use claim a precent goes to programmer account as fee and i want to remove it

and script now convert mined XMR to bitcoin using coin-hive api and pay users in Satoshi and i want to change that to USD or any other real currency price.

here is what i need :

remove the fee which is taken from users balance for each claim

change the current conversion currency form XMR => BTC to XMR=> USD

it is just a simple code modify
