I want to create a word press plugin that basically creates a text message auto responder ie the client texts in a word and receives back a reply. Additionally based on a the keyword they text in, the system put them on a categorized list so that i can send bulk messages to the that list. Also the system should be smart enough that if the message is over 160 characters it breaks it into two message. This should be based on the twilio platform. I have a plugin i would like to base my plugin on
