Winform : Document Uploader

I want a winform application that allow me to register and upload document to these two sites

For [url removed, login to view], I want also that the document description is filled (description, tiltle, tags..) once the document is uploaded...

The developer can't use a webbrowser control or any external browser and can only use httprequest or webclient or socket or any other method...

Once these two sites are done I have another list of 18 sites and 8 other projects that can be done by the winner...
