Hello, I have a simple VB 6.0 application that is about 50% done, the easy stuff that is. What is left to be done I'll describe to you. I have a simple knowledge base that I'm developing, as sort of a first time application. I need to create a way to tie it into my Access file that I've created as my database. 1st Request: The form is made up as such: 1 text box to enter a question. 1 Control labeled Search. 1 large text box under the Search button that will display the results of their Search. The Search function I'd like to have tied into my database but do not know how to do this. 2nd Request: I have a control button that is labeled Escalate. I would like to have so when it is clicked that it takes them out to another form in which they can fill in the information needed there, once complete, they could then click a Submit button and it would then be emailed to a specified Email account. I'd also like it to be time and date stamped. Once clicked and it's submitted I'd then like a pop up on the screen saying "Your Email was sent to Escalations as of "Date and Time." Then an OK button in which would clicked and they would be taken back to the main interface of the application. 3rd Request: On the application I have an Exit Control that would allow them to exit the application. I would like this configured as well. 4th Request: I have control button's on the left hand side each with a topic for example: "Installation Issues", they could click on this and it would pull everything that had to do with Installation Issues into the Large text box I spoke of above. Of course all this would be tied into the Access File as well. That's it.... Thanks.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The Program nees to run primary in a Windows Environment i.e. Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Pro, Windows NT, Windows ME. Needs to be able to launch out to MSIE 5.5 and higher As well as Netscape.
