VB 6.0 program needed that simulates the mechanical behavior of a muscle plotting muscle force vs time curves.

I need a simple VB 6.0 program that satisfies the following parameters: Simulate the mechanical behavior of an isolated muscle subjected to electrical stimulation. Plot muscle force vs. time curves for a single maximal stimulus, for low frequency (producing an incomplete tetanus) and for high frequency stimulation (fused response). Let maximum tetanic force = 2.5 x the twitch force. I would like this program to be as simple as possible(no advanced programming language) so that if you run the source code on a Visual Basic 6.0 platform, it will work without the need for additional files or updates. Bids with working demo's attached as an executable always get my attention first.

A working Visual Basic 6.0 program that fulfills the projects parameters. I would like an attractive GUI that allows for the input of the different data values that will plot on a muscle force vs time graph. It should be possible to clear the curve and input new values in order to re-graph with the new values. Any questions about specifics can be communicated thru rentacoder.
